A Good Faith Exam is required by law for all first-time clients and is conducted by a nurse practitioner. During this exam, we review your health history to ensure that our IV treatments align with your medical needs. The Good Faith Exam is valid for 12 months, so it only needs to be done once a year.

Yes, same-day appointments are available, depending on availability. A $10 fee applies for same-day bookings. You can book directly through our secure Optimantra system to view current availability.

During your appointment, a licensed nurse will arrive at your chosen location and review your health history and wellness goals. After discussing and confirming the appropriate IV treatment, the nurse will administer the treatment safely and comfortably. We follow up afterward to ensure you’re feeling your best.
Yes we accept HSA and FSA payments, however the good faith exam is required for first time clients. The good faith exam will be done annually unless there is a change in your health history. This exam fee is separate from the infusion cost. The exam fee is $25.00.
Yes, if you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. We understand that plans change and appreciate timely cancellations.
While side effects are rare, there may be slight bruising or discomfort at the IV insertion site. In some cases, if a client is on blood thinners, there may be mild bleeding. Our nurses are highly trained to administer treatments safely, and any potential risks will be discussed with you before starting your IV therapy.
